Ingredients
- 1 package of Farah Alaska pollock fillet fish sticks
- 4 burger buns
- 4 pickles
- 1/4 lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- 20 g strong mustard
- 25 cl sunflower oil
- 1 cl vinegar
- 3 sprigs of flat parsley
- 1 onion
- 20 g capers in vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, put the egg yolk, pepper, salt and mustard, then mix with a whisk. While continuing to stir, gradually pour in the oil, then in a stream. As soon as the mayonnaise becomes firm, add the vinegar.
- Peel the onion and finely chop it. Remove the leaves and chop the flat parsley. Chop the capers and pickles. Mix all the condiments with the mayonnaise, then adjust the seasoning, which should be strong in taste.
- Preheat the oven grill and lightly brown the buns cut in half. You can also brown the buns in the toaster.
- Put the still frozen sticks in a pan in which you have previously heated butter or oil. Brown each side for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn from time to time during cooking.
- Inside each bun, put a little tartar sauce. Place a slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. Place three Farah sticks per burger, then close the bun.
