Beef Chorizo Pizza

Pizza is the ultimate convivial dish. It is not for nothing that it is the star of our evenings with friends or family! Especially since it comes in endless variations: it’s up to you to adapt the ingredients for your taste pleasure. For our part, we thought of a Farah pure beef Chorizo pizza.

The easy recipe for a tasty pizza

For a thin crust pizza, you need:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baker’s yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of lukewarm water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil


In a large bowl, pour the flour and salt, and dig a well. Dilute the yeast in the lukewarm water, and pour everything into the well, before adding the olive oil. Start by mixing with a spatula, then knead by hand until the dough is no longer sticky, adding a little flour if necessary.

Let the dough rest under a cloth, in a warm place, for an hour: it will then double in volume.

Knead the dough again, spread it on a floured surface. With a rolling pin, make a disc about 35 cm in diameter. Place the dough thus formed on your plate, with parchment paper underneath or, failing that, flour, so that the dough does not stick to the plate during cooking.

Preheat your oven to 250°.

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, until you can barely see the dough through it (2 to 3 mm thick sauce).

Then distribute the Farah beef Chorizo over the surface. Do the same with the cheese (mozzarella in thin slices), until it covers the entire surface properly. Finally place the olives (according to your choice). Sprinkle with a good pinch of herbes de Provence if you have any.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes for a soft crust, 10 to 12 minutes for a crispier crust.

Take the pizza out when the cheese is melted and starts to bubble and brown. Cut and serve. If you wish, decorate with a few sprigs of arugula.

Easy Pizza Saucee

  • Put a saucepan with water on the heat. As soon as it boils, add 5 washed tomatoes, leave them for 1 minute, peel them and crush them.
  • Dilute 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and the spices (thyme, oregano, basil powder) in water.
  • In a pan, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil then 3 tablespoons of chopped onion and 1 level tablespoon of crushed garlic and let brown for a few minutes over the heat.
  • As soon as the onions are browned, add the crushed tomatoes. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Let cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning from time to time with the wooden spoon.
  • Spread on the pizza dough before adding the other ingredients.
