FARAH Company has been the first Tunisian company certified HACCP since March 2004 in the cutting and processing of red meats. The company has also obtained ISO 9001 & 22000 Quality Management and Food Safety

FARAH has been the first Tunisian company certified HACCP since March 2004 in the cutting and processing of red meats.

It has implemented an integrated quality and food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.

FARAH holds sanitary approval DA-RB 0102.

The charcuterie products are Halal certified by the Mufti of the Tunisian Republic and INNORPI, the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property.
